4. Internal Style (Taichi Quan, Bagua Zhang, Xingyi Quan, & Others)
5. Physical Contact Style
(Light Contact Sparring, Mixed Martial Arts, Stationary Push Hands, & Chi Sao & Short Weapon Sparring)

Beginner = 1.5 years & less experience
Intermediate = 1.5 to 3 years experience
Advanced = Greater than 3 years experience

**Participating schools can nominate their Master to participate in the judging
at US Open Martial Arts Championship if positions are available
(Please fill out the US Open Judges Form before September 5th, 2011)
**Team demo competition is $10 for each person.
(Please write Team Demo and number of people in the team on the Registration Form
under Registration Fee)
**Internal Martial Arts competitiors are grouped and competed by each individual art of Taiji Quan, Bagua Zhang, or Xingyi Quan.
**The rules are subject to change at the discretion of the Championship committee.
